A leading organization in Chachoengsao is hiring a Maintenance Engineering Supervisor to enhance plant reliability, optimize operational performance, and drive digital transformation in asset management. Working alongside cross-functional teams, you will champion advanced maintenance strategies, support continuous improvement, and leverage cutting-edge analytics for data-driven decision-making within a safety-focused, compliant environment.

What you'll do:

• Develop preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance strategies using CMMS/SAP PM and Power BI analytics to optimize asset lifecycles, control spare parts inventory, and boost OEE, MTBF, and MTTR.
• Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and breakdown elimination initiatives, collaborating with production, quality, safety, and digital teams to minimize unplanned downtime.
• Drive Lean, TPM, and Operational Excellence projects to increase productivity, deliver cost savings, and strengthen operational foundations.
• Mentor engineers and technicians in complex troubleshooting, best practices, and effective maintenance documentation.
• Support capital projects from inception to handover, including FAT/SAT testing, equipment qualification, commissioning, and upgrades.
• Enforce EHS standards, lead technical incident investigations, support statutory inspections, and promote a proactive safety culture.

What you bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years in maintenance or reliability engineering roles within FMCG, food processing, consumer goods, or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Proven hands-on experience in maintenance planning (TPM, RCM, PM, PdM), utilities systems (mechanical, electrical, automation), and structured problem-solving (RCA, FMEA).
• Skilled in tracking work orders via CMMS or SAP PM, with experience analyzing KPIs (MTBF, MTTR, Availability) using Power BI or similar data tools (IIoT exposure is a plus).
• Strong team leadership capabilities to coach junior engineers/technicians and influence cross-functional change.
• Business-level fluency in both Thai and English for effective local and international stakeholder collaboration.
• Results-driven focus on continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing, maintained alongside strict EHS and regulatory compliance standards.
