What you'll do:

• Lead site-wide facilities transformation initiatives to drive operational excellence across hard and soft services.
• Manage facilities, utilities, infrastructure, and maintenance to ensure reliable, safe, and efficient operations.
• Oversee capital projects, asset management, and preventive maintenance programmes to support business continuity.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, environmental, and asset management requirements.
• Collaborate with regional teams, internal stakeholders, and external service providers to deliver facility and sustainability initiatives.
• Drive energy efficiency and sustainability programmes aligned with the company's environmental goals.
• Monitor facilities performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement best practices.
• Manage service providers, budgets, and contracts to ensure quality and cost-effective service delivery.
• Support emergency preparedness and business continuity planning for site facilities.
• Provide strategic input on infrastructure planning and long-term asset investment.

What you bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Over 5 years of experience in facilities management, utilities, and service provider management within a manufacturing environment.
• Minimum 3 years of people management experience.
• Strong knowledge of facilities operations, preventive maintenance, asset management, and utilities systems.
• Experience managing CAPEX projects and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Good understanding of regulatory, safety, environmental, and asset compliance requirements.
• Experience leading sustainability or energy efficiency projects is an advantage.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and project management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and MS Project; AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage.
• Good command of spoken and written English and native Thai.
