FACILITIES & MAINTENANCE MANAGER

WORKPLACE: Banglamung in Chonburi (Near Siam Country Golf Course) WORKING TIME: Monday - Friday (8:00-17:00 INDUSTRY: International School

• KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  Oversee all building operations, maintenance, and major repairs, ensuring full compliance with health, safety, and legal requirements (including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire systems, and campus infrastructure).
• Ensure compliance with all facility audits, including regulatory, property, and liability insurance inspections.
• Lead and manage all facilities support staff, including maintenance and security teams, ensuring effective performance and service delivery.
• Develop, implement, and oversee safety and emergency procedures, including staff training for evacuations, lockdowns, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage facility usage, including scheduling, space allocation, and support for internal events and school activities.
• Oversee procurement of maintenance supplies and services, ensuring cost control and operational efficiency.
• Manage budgets, vendor contracts, and procurement processes, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
• Plan and supervise preventive maintenance programs and major repair projects across campus facilities.
• Oversee campus access control, parking management, and security compliance.
• Act as the primary point of contact for facility-related issues, ensuring timely and professional resolution.
• Perform other duties as required to support the effective operation of the school.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Environmental Health & Safety, Interior Design, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Proficiency in relevant technical and design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Illustrator, or similar tools.
• Strong knowledge of space planning, layout design, lighting, materials selection, and interior installations.
• Proven leadership experience in a managerial role, with the ability to lead teams and manage operations effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality service to both internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Experience in interior space planning and project coordination, including renovations, fit-outs, and new construction projects.
• Able to communicate in English and Fluent in Thai
