What you'll do:

  • Develop and implement strategies for demand planning, forecasting, and inventory management to optimize spare parts stock levels while ensuring a well service fulfilment rate.
  • Create and introduce standardized service agreements with clear response timelines to deliver consistent customer support across all branches.
  • Streamline processes in field operations, parts distribution, and service coordination to boost efficiency, improve first-time resolution rates, reduce response times, and enhance overall productivity.
  • Manage the adoption of advanced service management tools like Oracle or similar platforms by ensuring accurate data organization for smooth ERP system integration.
  • Turn the technical service department into a profit center by designing after-sales initiatives such as maintenance contracts, competitive pricing for spare parts, and personalized service offerings.
  • Work closely with cross functional teams to highlight after-sales services as a unique value proposition that strengthens customer loyalty and enhances the client experience.
  • Build performance tracking systems to monitor key metrics like inventory turnover, service success rates, first-time fixes, and revenue from services, enabling informed decision-making.
  • Guide and develop the technical service team by promoting a results-driven mindset, operational excellence, customer-centric approaches, accountability, and continuous improvement.

What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field with a strong foundation in technical service management.
  • Over 10 years of experience in technical service or aftersales operations within equipment-based industries, demonstrating deep industry expertise.
  • Proven expertise in optimizing inventory, spare parts management through advanced forecasting and demand planning tools.
  • Practical experience in implementing ERP systems or digital platforms like Oracle to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Strong business acumens, analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for informed decision-making and problem-solving.
  • Experience developing after-sales revenue streams such as maintenance contracts and customized service offerings.
  • Proficiency in SLA management and workflow optimization to improve field service productivity.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English
