This role is designed for an experienced professional who is passionate about plant reliability, process optimisation, and team development. As part of a structured leadership programme, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of all machinery and utility systems, while driving continuous improvement initiatives across the site.

What you'll do:

As Maintenance Lead in Rayong, you will be entrusted with overseeing all aspects of plant maintenance—ensuring every piece of equipment runs reliably so that day-to-day operations proceed without interruption.

• Oversee preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance activities for all plant machinery, equipment, and utility systems to ensure optimal operational performance.
• Supervise daily operations of the Maintenance Department through effective delegation to subordinates, minimising machine downtime and supporting production targets.
• Lead facility and resource teams to achieve high levels of performance and profitability by maintaining current plant facilities and equipment efficiently.
• Manage contractors for project modifications or service tasks according to job assignments, ensuring adherence to safety standards and quality expectations.
• Support the Plant Manager by assisting with various assignments that align with overall company objectives and strategic goals.

What you bring:

To excel as Maintenance Lead you will bring extensive experience from similar roles within manufacturing—ideally having worked in masterbatch plants or related industries.

• A minimum of 5 years’ proven track record at supervisor or management level overseeing multi-disciplinary teams in complex industrial settings, Chemicla, masterbatch, coating, adheseive background would be advanctage
• Professional background in maintenance or manufacturing operations with strong organisational competence focused on achieving results through collaboration.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities coupled with excellent interpersonal communication skills that foster trust among colleagues at all levels.
• Familiarity with health & safety regulations as well as continuous improvement methodologies such as 5S, kaizen or LEAN principles.
• Ability to support training initiatives that nurture talent within the team while promoting inclusive growth leadership.
