What you'll do:


As a Client Advisor/Relationship Manager, you will immerse yourself in building meaningful connections with privileged clients from diverse backgrounds. * Provide timely information, expert advice, and thoughtful recommendations on a wide range of investment products to ensure clients receive the best possible guidance for their portfolios.
* Act as the lead manager for client relationships by utilising advanced engagement processes designed to foster trust and loyalty over time.
* Ensure all advisory procedures are conducted with meticulous attention to detail while maintaining full compliance with internal policies, business processes, and relevant regulatory requirements.
* Collaborate closely with internal teams to stay updated on the latest product offerings, market trends, and regulatory changes so that your advice remains current and effective.
* Maintain accurate documentation of all client interactions and transactions in accordance with established protocols to support transparency and accountability.

* A recognised university degree demonstrating your commitment to academic excellence within finance or related fields.
* Between three to eight years of relevant experience in banking or the broader financial industry, particularly involving sales of financial or investment products.
* Proven ability to deliver thoughtful advisory services underpinned by strong product knowledge across wealth management solutions.
* Familiarity with anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) processes within the retail banking sector is highly desirable for this role.
* Relevant accreditations such as IC Complex 1 are required for compliance purposes.
* Excellent interpersonal skills that enable you to build rapport quickly while demonstrating empathy towards clients’ needs.
* Outstanding communication in English and Thai to allow you to explain complex concepts in an accessible manner.
* Meticulous attention to detail when handling sensitive documentation or adhering to regulatory guidelines ensures accuracy at every step.
