  • Monitor portfolio performance closely, implementing operational improvements that enhance efficiency, productivity, and cost optimisation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams both locally and regionally to strengthen overall collections effectiveness through open communication and mutual support.
  • Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies by fostering a culture of compliance throughout the organisation.
  • Establish clear KPIs for collections activities, track progress meticulously, and provide regular performance reports to senior management for informed decision-making.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and collection agencies by monitoring their performance and optimising their contribution to organisational goals.

You thrive in environments where knowledge sharing is encouraged, training opportunities are available, and supportive leadership is valued.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field is required for this role.
  • At least 10 years’ experience in collections, debt management or credit operations with proven leadership capabilities in large-scale operations.
