What you'll do:


As Head of Business Growth and Operations, you will play a central role in shaping both strategic direction and day-to-day execution for all aspects of sales operations. Your responsibilities will span from designing innovative growth strategies to overseeing the smooth running of floor activities across multiple regions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless workflows throughout the customer lifecycle while championing process improvements that drive efficiency. * Drive monthly and quarterly revenue targets by developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies tailored to various channels and customer segments.
* Oversee the entire sales funnel process including lead generation, qualification, conversion, and revenue tracking to ensure optimal performance at every stage.
* Monitor key performance indicators such as conversion rates and team productivity metrics, using data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
* Design and implement scalable sales processes that enhance efficiency across multiple regions while identifying new growth opportunities.
* Supervise daily floor operations by managing call distribution, workflow coordination between departments, and maintaining high standards of discipline among teams.
* Identify process gaps within the customer journey and introduce improvements that streamline operations while reducing drop-offs.
* Ensure seamless collaboration between sales, onboarding, support, and backend teams for a unified approach to customer acquisition and retention.
* Conduct regular performance reviews, feedback sessions, and coaching initiatives to nurture talent within your team.
* Set clear individual and team targets while tracking progress through robust KPI frameworks.
* Uphold compliance with company policies by maintaining accurate documentation and working closely with internal stakeholders on risk management.


What you bring:


To excel as Head of Business Growth and Operations, you will bring a wealth of experience from high-performance sales environments where exceeding targets is second nature. Your background should include significant time spent managing sizeable teams within complex operational settings—ideally spanning multiple regions or countries. You are adept at interpreting data trends to inform decisions that improve both efficiency and outcomes. Your interpersonal skills enable you to build rapport quickly with colleagues at all levels while fostering a sense of unity within your team. Familiarity with industry-standard technology platforms ensures you can hit the ground running when it comes to process optimisation. * A minimum of five years’ experience in sales operations or inside sales roles within call centre or revenue-focused environments is essential for this position.
* Demonstrated history of achieving or surpassing ambitious sales targets through effective strategy implementation is required.
* Proven expertise in managing large teams (10–50+ agents) with a focus on nurturing talent through mentorship, training, and collaborative goal-setting is highly valued.
* Exceptional communication skills combined with strong negotiation abilities are necessary for building trust-based relationships both internally and externally.
* A keen analytical mindset with proficiency in leveraging data-driven approaches for performance management is expected.
* Hands-on experience with CRM systems, dialers, or other sales tracking tools is important for streamlining processes.
* Experience managing international or multi-region sales teams will be considered an advantage for this role.
* Exposure to high-volume environments such as BPOs, fintech firms, telecoms or banking sectors is desirable but not mandatory.
* Multilingual communication skills would be beneficial in supporting diverse teams across different geographies.
