What you'll do:

As Head of Investment Banking, you will be at the forefront of driving complex financial transactions that shape the future of the organisation. • Oversee IPO processes by coordinating restructuring efforts and preparing companies for financial readiness.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless transaction management from start to finish.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SEC/SET regulations to ensure all transactions adhere to legal requirements.

• Experience in financial services is considered an advantage but not mandatory for this role.
