What you'll do:
As Head of Digital Distribution, you will play a central role in shaping how customers interact with life assurance products online. - Develop and implement comprehensive digital distribution strategies that drive revenue growth through online channels such as company websites and major e-commerce platforms.
- Establish and manage all aspects of the digital sales funnel, ensuring seamless integration between traditional branch sales activities and online closing processes.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, branding, and communications teams to ensure consistent messaging and effective promotion of products across all digital touchpoints.
- Monitor performance metrics including revenue targets and KPIs, providing regular updates and insights to executive leadership and board members.
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements set by the Office of Insurance Commission (OIC) and other relevant authorities, maintaining high standards of governance throughout all activities.
- Build out the digital distribution function from scratch, including recruiting, training, and mentoring new team members as the channel grows.
- Work hands-on to design user journeys, optimise conversion rates, and enhance customer experiences across web-based platforms and third-party marketplaces like Shopee.
- Manage budgets effectively, ensuring all initiatives are delivered within agreed financial parameters while maximising return on investment.
- Engage regularly with cross-functional teams including sales, IT, product development, and external partners to align objectives and deliver integrated solutions.
- Report directly to the CEO in Thailand as well as senior executives in Singapore, presenting business cases, progress reports, and strategic recommendations.

- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopee or similar marketplaces alongside experience managing corporate websites for product distribution.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments including marketing, sales, IT, product development, and external partners.
- Strong analytical mindset capable of interpreting data trends, monitoring KPIs, and making informed decisions based on performance insights.
- Ability to present complex information clearly to senior stakeholders including CEOs and board members both locally and internationally.
