What you'll do:

As an Operations Manager Custodian based in Bangkok, you will be entrusted with overseeing the end-to-end management of client asset custody. Your day will involve monitoring operational workflows for accuracy and compliance while collaborating with both internal teams and external partners such as banks and clearing houses. You will play a crucial part in reconciling complex transactions across multiple products—ensuring every detail aligns with regulatory standards. • Monitor daily custodian operations to ensure proper segregation and safekeeping of clients’ securities or share certificates in accordance with industry standards.
• Oversee settlement transactions and manage all corporate action activities related to the Thai market, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
• Handle day-to-day custodian tasks such as trading transactions, transfers, deposits, and withdrawals of securities from SET, resolving any issues that arise promptly.
• Check and verify completion of all securities and trade transactions, ensuring settlements instructions and positions are processed efficiently and accurately.
• Coordinate closely with counterparties, custodian banks, TSD, TCH, and internal departments to facilitate smooth operations and resolve discrepancies quickly.
• Reconcile trading settlements, deposits, withdrawals, and other product transactions including Equity, Option, Offshore, and Onshore instruments.
• Review trade matching reports regularly to identify failed trades and ensure they are resolved without delay.
• Ensure all processes comply with local operating procedures, prospectus requirements, local laws, and regulations at all times.
• Prepare and submit relevant reports to regulators within required deadlines to maintain full compliance with reporting obligations.
• Support organisational change by assisting in the design and implementation of improved processes across global entity operations functions.

• Show advanced Microsoft Office skills—particularly in Word and Excel—which are essential for preparing reports, analysing data, and managing documentation efficiently.
