Chief Executive Officer (CEO) - Land Collateral

Our client is a Thai financial services company focused on providing secured financing solutions for SMEs and business owners. The company supports entrepreneurs with access to funding by leveraging land and property as collateral, helping businesses secure financing for working capital, business expansion, refinancing, and other business needs

As CEO, you will play a pivotal role in setting the organisation’s strategic direction, driving sustainable business growth, and ensuring the company operates with strong corporate governance and integrity

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the company’s vision, mission, and overall business strategy. drive sustainable growth and strengthen the company’s market position in the land-backed lending and property-secured financing business.
• Establish clear business objectives and ensure alignment across the organisation.
• Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key business partners, investors, stakeholders, and relevant regulatory authorities
• Build strategic partnerships to strengthen the company’s competitive position and long-term growth.
• Lead the overall management of the organisation, ensuring effective utilisation of financial, operational, and human resources
• Establish performance objectives and drive a high-performance culture across the organisation
• Ensure business operations consistently deliver against strategic and financial targets
• Oversee the company’s risk management framework, ensuring risks are appropriately identified, assessed, monitored, and mitigated
• Ensure full compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies
• Promote strong corporate governance and sound decision-making across the organisation
• Drive the adoption of technology and digital solutions to enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and business scalability
• Lead digital transformation initiatives in line with the company’s strategic objectives and ensure robust cybersecurity, data protection, and technology risk management practices are in place

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of senior leadership experience at C-Level, SVP, or equivalent, preferably within financial services, non-bank lending, secured lending, or related industries
• Demonstrated track record of successfully leading business growth, transformation, and organisational development
• Strong knowledge of Thai land and property laws, property valuation, secured lending, and the Thai credit market
• In-depth understanding of the regulatory environment and market dynamics within Thailand’s financial services and lending sectors
• Strong strategic thinking and data-driven decision-making capabilities and inspirational leadership style with the ability to motivate, develop, and align teams towards common business objectives
• Strong executive presence, stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to respond effectively to evolving financial technology, digital transformation, market trends, and regulatory requirements
• Demonstrated ability to lead organisations through change and transformation
• Strong track record of professional integrity, ethical conduct, and sound corporate governance
• No prohibited characteristics or qualifications under relevant laws, regulations, and Bank of Thailand notifications
