What you'll do:

- Coordinate closely with both internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and seamless implementation of multi-product offerings including payments, receivables, liquidity management, and electronic channel solutions.
- Monitor FinTech trends and regulatory developments to propose new features, marketing initiatives, and channel programmes that keep the organisation at the forefront of digital banking innovation.
- Drive the rollout of new products related to transaction banking and digital platforms by ensuring system readiness and comprehensive documentation support.
- Work collaboratively with Customer Solution Managers and Segment Management to develop tailored solutions that address client needs and evolving market demands.
- Stay informed about market changes affecting electronic banking channels to ensure compliance and competitive positioning within Southeast Asian markets.
- Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders to guarantee smooth project execution from conception through delivery.
- Support knowledge sharing within the team by providing insights into user behaviour analysis, product performance data interpretation, and best practices in digital platform management.
