What you'll do:

• Conduct thorough research and analysis on product functions, channels, and digital transformation initiatives by gathering insights from peer banks and fintech companies for effective benchmarking.
• Undertake due diligence activities for trade finance products, including both on-site and off-site surveys and audits, supporting robust delivery processes.
• Foster communication and co-operation with external institutions such as credit insurance firms and fintech partners to promote ongoing development and optimisation of trade finance offerings.
• Oversee regional product management responsibilities by providing training and promotional support for trade finance products across Southeast Asian entities.
• Support functional optimisation of trade finance systems and channels by drafting system requirements, transforming processes, managing regional business operations, conducting user testing, and following up on production issues.
• Participate in structured on-the-job training programmes that may include short-term assignments at overseas offices with potential rotation or transfer within Southeast Asian regions based on business needs.
