Internal Audit Officer responsible for supporting audit activities, reviewing internal control processes, and ensuring operational compliance across hospital functions.

Job Description

• Conduct internal audit assignments in accordance with annual audit plan
• Review internal controls, operational processes, and compliance procedures
• Identify risks, control gaps, and areas for process improvement
• Prepare audit findings, reports, and recommendations for management
• Coordinate with related departments to follow up corrective actions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Experience in internal audit, accounting, or compliance functions
• Knowledge of internal control and risk assessment processes
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently and maintain confidentiality
• Experience in healthcare or hospital business is an advantage
• Familiarity with operational audit and compliance review
• CPA, CIA, or related certifications are a plus
