Finance Business Partner

A leading medical device organisation in Thailand is seeking a Finance Business Partner to join their team. This role offers you the opportunity to work closely with commercial teams, drive financial planning and analysis, and support distributor operations within a regulated, high-growth environment. You will also gain exposure to broader SEA cluster responsibilities.

What you'll do:

• Partner with sales and marketing team to provide comprehensive financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis that supports business objectives.
• Lead annual budget cycles, rolling estimates, and forecast submissions by ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of all financial data.
• Analyse business performance to identify key risks and opportunities while delivering clear financial insights to stakeholders across multiple functions.
• Review deal models, pricing scenarios, and investment cases in accordance with internal guidelines to ensure sound financial decision-making.
• Support financial tracking and compliance for equipment sales as well as bundled commercial agreements within the distributor-led environment.
• Assist monthly financial close activities by conducting accrual reviews, variance analysis, and preparing detailed result commentary for management reporting.
• Act as the primary finance contact for business queries by providing clarity on financial processes, policies, and documentation requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement in financial processes through digital tools, visualisation techniques, automation opportunities, and regional project support.

What you bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related discipline is required for this role.
• 10 years of relevant finance experience ideally gained within FP&A or commercial finance roles.
• Strong communication skills allowing you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across different geographies.
• Detail-oriented approach combined with proactive problem-solving abilities ensures accuracy in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
• Comfortable working independently as an individual contributor while engaging collaboratively within larger regional teams.
