  • Lead monthly performance reporting processes by preparing detailed variance analyses and insightful management commentary that highlight key commercial trends.
  • Consolidate comprehensive financial reports for senior management review and facilitate meaningful business discussions that drive decision-making.
  • Manage all aspects of budgeting cycles including rolling forecasts, quarterly latest estimates, and annual planning processes to ensure robust financial stewardship.
  • Coordinate planning timelines and submissions with both regional finance teams and local department heads to maintain alignment across the organisation.
  • Provide accurate financial projections, develop business assumptions, and deliver analytical support that empowers management to make informed choices.
  • Support the preparation of strategic business presentations tailored for both regional and global leadership audiences.
  • Partner closely with business leaders to monitor sales performance metrics, profitability drivers, and operational efficiency initiatives.

  • Conduct thorough investment feasibility studies—including ROI analysis and break-even assessments—for new boutiques, offices, or capital projects.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related discipline is required; CPA or equivalent professional accounting qualification is highly desirable.
  • At least five years’ experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), commercial finance, business controlling or audit/accounting roles within multinational or matrix organisations.
  • Proven exposure to retail, consumer goods or luxury industry environments would be advantageous for understanding sector-specific challenges.
  • Demonstrated strength in financial modelling techniques coupled with advanced analytical capabilities that enable deep commercial insight generation.
  • Hands-on experience using SAP is essential; familiarity with planning tools such as Anaplan is considered a plus.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is required; experience with data analytics platforms like Power BI or Power Query would further distinguish your profile.
  • Exceptional communication skills combined with proven stakeholder management abilities are necessary for effective cross-functional collaboration.
