Finance Business Partner (secondment to CLMV)

A leading organisation in Bangkok is seeking a Finance Business Partner for a secondment to CLMV. What you'll do:

• Collaborate closely with sales and marketing team to drive profitable and sustainable business growth through shared goals and mutual support.
• Lead the development of business strategies by providing comprehensive financial insights that guide decision-making.
• Proactively identify performance concerns and opportunities by offering financial advice and highlighting business implications for various stakeholders.
• Oversee financial performance planning and review from both customer and product perspective, leveraging detailed analysis of actual results, forecasts, market trends, and budgetary controls.
• Provide guidance on risk identification and mitigation plans by recommending practical solutions that safeguard business interests.
• Build strong working relationships at all levels internally and externally by demonstrating empathy, dependability, and effective communication skills.
• Foster knowledge sharing within the team by promoting training opportunities that enhance collective expertise.

What you bring:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or other business-relate fields
• A minimum of 15 years’ experience in financial analysis within FMCG or multinational companies
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken) as well as Thai is required
• Strong attention to detail combined with fast learning capabilities to adapt quickly yet thoughtfully to changing circumstances.
