What you’ll do

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver financial insights that support both strategic and operational decisions. You will also take ownership of planning cycles and performance tracking.

• Partner with sales and marketing to support commercial decision-making
• Lead the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and long-term plans
• Analyse performance against targets and provide clear, actionable insights
• Build financial models to evaluate business opportunities and investments
• Support month-end closing with accurate management reporting and trend analysis
• Act as a key contact for stakeholders, ensuring timely and reliable financial information
• Improve reporting processes and enhance data accuracy and efficiency
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies
• Contribute to cross-functional initiatives that drive business performance

What you bring

You bring solid experience in financial planning and analysis, ideally within a commercial environment. You are comfortable working with data and translating it into meaningful insights that support decision-making.

• Proven experience in FP&A or commercial finance
• Strong financial modelling skills with advanced Excel
• Solid background in budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis
• Ability to communicate financial concepts clearly to non-finance stakeholders
• Experience working across functions such as sales, marketing, or operations
• Good understanding of internal controls and financial processes
• Exposure to process improvement or system implementation is an advantage
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or CFA is a plus
• Proactive mindset with adaptability in a fast-paced environment
