Regional Financial Controller (Manufacturing)

• Oversee all financial reporting processes for the manufacturing region, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of monthly, quarterly, and annual statements in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with operational teams to analyse financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights that support business objectives and communal success.
• Manage budgeting and forecasting cycles by coordinating input from various departments, fostering co-operation to achieve reliable projections.
• Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards by maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulations and implementing best practices throughout the finance function.
• Support internal audits by preparing documentation, responding to queries, and facilitating transparent communication between auditors and stakeholders.
• Develop and nurture relationships with external partners such as banks, auditors, and government agencies to ensure smooth financial operations across the region.
