As the Budgeting and Costing Manager based at the Chonburi factory site, you will be entrusted with guiding multiple teams responsible for critical financial functions. Your day-to-day will involve close collaboration with both local Thai management and international stakeholders to deliver timely, accurate financial information that underpins business success.

The package includes base salary + performance bonus + provident fund

• Oversee the closing of production costs, manufacturing expenses, and cost of goods sold (COGS), ensuring all records are accurate and compliant with accounting policies.
• Verify variance analysis between actual costs versus budget or forecast to provide actionable insights for management decision-making.
• Manage and coordinate physical inventory counts while reviewing estimations of net realisable value (NRV) to maintain precise inventory records.
• Lead the preparation of the annual budget in alignment with the company’s strategic objectives, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and monitor capital expenditure (CAPEX) budgets and tracking systems to ensure effective allocation of resources across projects.
• Prepare monthly performance reports, conduct variance analysis, and generate internal financial statements to support data-driven decisions.
• Provide analytical support for Management Discussion and Analysis (MD&A) reports required for quarterly and annual SET filings.
• Supervise fixed asset accounting activities including depreciation schedules and physical asset verification to safeguard company assets.
• Oversee truck scale operations for raw materials and finished goods to guarantee accurate weighing and recording processes.
• Coordinate with external auditors and government agencies regarding costing and asset inquiries to ensure full audit compliance.
