Finance Controller (Regional)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Finance Controller (Regional) to join a leading international organisation operating across Asia. This role will oversee regional finance activities, drive financial governance and performance, and partner with senior business leaders across multiple markets. Candidates with proven regional finance leadership experience and strong business partnering capabilities are highly preferred.

As the Finance Controller (Regional), you will play a key leadership role in overseeing finance operations across multiple countries in Asia. Working closely with regional and global stakeholders, you will ensure strong financial governance, support business growth, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the finance function.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead regional financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and long term planning processes
• Partner with senior business leaders to provide financial insights and support strategic decision making
• Ensure strong financial controls, compliance, and governance standards across multiple entities
• Oversee month end, quarter end, and year end reporting activities
• Monitor financial performance, analyse key business drivers, and provide recommendations to improve results
• Lead regional cash flow planning and forecasting activities
• Support finance transformation, process improvement, and systems enhancement initiatives
• Work closely with local finance teams to drive consistency, efficiency, and reporting quality across the region
• Build, coach, and develop finance talent while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
