Plant Finance Manager / Supply Chain Finance Manager

A global manufacturing organisation is seeking an experienced Plant Finance Manager / Supply Chain Finance Manager to lead finance operations at Rayong plant. This role partners closely with plant leadership and regional stakeholders to drive financial performance, efficiency, budgeting, costing, compliance, and strategic decision making. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting business growth within a collaborative and fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What you'll do:

As the Plant Finance Manager / Supply Chain Finance Manager, you will oversee all plant finance activities, including costing, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, treasury, and compliance. In this role, you will collaborate closely with operations and functional leaders to enhance profitability and drive cost efficiency across the manufacturing site. Furthermore, you will deliver financial analysis and commercial insights to support strategic business decisions and ensure alignment with organisational objectives.

Ensure strong internal controls and compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements
Oversee monthly closing, financial reporting, and plant performance analysis
Drive budgeting and capital expenditure planning processes
Support inventory management, cash flow optimisation, and working capital improvement
Collaborate closely with regional and local stakeholders across supply chain, procurement, logistics, quality, and engineering teams
Liaise with auditors, banks, government authorities, and external partners when required
Continuously improve finance processes, systems, and reporting capabilities

What you bring:

To excel in the Plant Finance Manager / Supply Chain Finance Manager role, you will need to have strong experience in plant finance, costing, and operational finance management. A solid understanding of financial reporting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls is essential for success in this position. Additionally, experience working within multinational manufacturing environments is preferred, as it provides valuable insights into managing complex operations and driving financial performance in a global context.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
CPA or equivalent qualification is an advantage
Minimum 7 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Audit, or Controlling functions within manufacturing
Strong analytical thinking and business partnering skills
Excellent communication skills in English
Able to work collaboratively across functions in a fast paced environment
Proactive mindset with strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities
