* Develop and implement robust tax planning strategies that ensure compliance with local regulations while optimising group-wide efficiency.
* Interpret and apply Thai Company Law to all relevant business activities, providing guidance on legal matters affecting the group’s operations.
* Prepare accurate financial statements and reports for senior management and external stakeholders in accordance with international standards.

Your fluency in Mandarin allows seamless interaction with key decision-makers while your command of Thai ensures precise interpretation of legal documents; English proficiency rounds out your ability to operate effectively on an international stage. Beyond technical prowess, you are known for your meticulous approach—ensuring accuracy even when managing intricate consolidations—and your resilience under pressure helps maintain stability during periods of change. Your willingness to share knowledge fosters a nurturing environment where junior staff can flourish alongside you.
* A valid Thai CPA licence is required for this position as it demonstrates your deep understanding of local accounting standards.
* Previous experience working within one of the Big 4 audit firms provides you with invaluable exposure to best practices in auditing and compliance.
* Proven track record as a Finance Director or equivalent role within family-owned businesses or multinational corporations shows your ability to manage complex structures.
* Demonstrated expertise handling consolidated accounting processes across multiple sectors such as trading, non-bank financial services, or real estate is essential.
* Strong knowledge of Thai Company Law ensures you can interpret legal documents accurately and provide sound advice on compliance matters.
* Fluency in Mandarin, Thai, and English enables effective communication with both local teams and Mandarin-speaking investors.
* Experience collaborating with external auditors from Big 4 backgrounds enhances your ability to manage annual audits smoothly.
