Accounting and Finance Director

Executive leadership role , responsible for overseeing end-to-end finance strategy, operations, and performance across a multi-location organization. This role plays a critical part in driving financial transformation, strengthening governance, and partnering with leadership to support business growth and strategic decision-making.

• Executive leadership role, overseeing end-to-end accounting and finance function
• Lead financial strategy, planning (FP&A), and overall business performance management
• Manage full-spectrum accounting operations across multiple locations
• Drive finance transformation initiatives, including ERP (SAP) implementation
• Act as a strategic partner to leadership on growth, profitability, and decision-making

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred
• Minimum 15+ years of experience in Accounting & Finance
• Proven track record in senior leadership or executive-level roles
• Strong expertise in FP&A, treasury, and accounting operations
• Experience with SAP and exposure to manufacturing, energy, or industrial sectors preferred
