Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve preparing detailed management reports for executive review, analysing financial data to uncover trends or discrepancies, developing forecasts that inform future planning, and recommending strategies that drive profitability.

The package includes base salary + performance bonus + provident fund

• Prepare and consolidate monthly management reports, ensuring accurate tracking of financial performance against budget for top management and the Board of Directors.
• Analyse complex financial information and provide clear commentary on management reports to facilitate informed decision-making.
• Develop monthly forecasts and conduct variance analysis comparing actual results with budgets and forecasts for designated business units or cost centres.
• Recommend effective strategies to assist profitability and sustainable growth of specified business units based on thorough financial insights.
• Advise stakeholders on the financial implications of key business decisions, fostering responsible fiscal management across departments.
• Contribute actively to the annual budgeting and planning process by collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organisational goals.
• Monitor expenditure rigorously, ensuring all spending aligns with approved budgets for head office cost centres while maintaining transparency.
• Participate in systems and process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency, accuracy, and compliance within finance operations.
• Supervise junior staff members by providing guidance, mentorship, and support to foster their professional development within the team.

What you bring:

Your proven experience as a Budgeting and Reporting Specialist will be evident through your academic background in accounting or related fields as well as your hands-on exposure within large multinational organisations or public accounting firms. You bring deep familiarity with international reporting standards such as TFRS and IFRS along with practical consolidation experience. Your analytical prowess allows you to dissect complex financial information while your communication skills ensure clarity when presenting findings or recommendations. You excel at managing multiple priorities simultaneously without compromising accuracy or timeliness. • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field is required; holding a CPA qualification is considered advantageous.
• At least five years of accounting-related work experience at a large multinational or public accounting firm is essential; experience in management accounting positions is highly valued.
• Comprehensive knowledge of TFRS (Thai Financial Reporting Standards) and IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards), with consolidation experience being beneficial.
• Excellent analytical skills combined with problem-solving abilities enable you to interpret complex financial data effectively.
• Strong communication and presentation skills are necessary for delivering clear insights to stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to prioritise multiple assignments efficiently while meeting deadlines with precision demonstrates your dependability.
