FP&A Manager (Bang Na)

An international manufacturing company is recruiting an FP&A Manager based in Bang Na, Bangkok. This role will lead financial planning, forecasting and performance analysis while partnering closely with management and operational teams to provide financial insights, improve business performance and support key commercial decisions.

The successful candidate will combine strong analytical capabilities with a commercial mindset, translating financial information into meaningful insights and recommendations that support business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities
• Analyse revenue, gross margin, operating expenses, profitability and working capital performance
• Review P&L, balance sheet and cash flow movements and provide clear variance analysis
• Partner with operational and business teams to provide financial insights and recommendations
• Prepare management reports, KPI dashboards and financial performance analysis for senior stakeholders
• Develop financial models, scenario analysis and business cases to support commercial and investment decisions
• Identify financial risks and opportunities and recommend appropriate actions
• Evaluate cost optimisation and operational improvement initiatives
• Support business planning activities and monitor performance against financial targets
• Participate in month end and year end closing activities, including review of accruals and financial adjustments
• Work closely with accounting, tax, internal control and audit stakeholders
• Improve financial reporting processes and drive greater automation through Excel, Power BI and other tools
• Support finance transformation and other business improvement projects
• Coach and support the wider finance team while promoting effective collaboration across functions

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline
• Minimum 5 to 8 years of relevant experience across FP&A, business controlling, financial analysis or broader finance functions
• Experience within manufacturing, automotive, FMCG or another operational environment is highly preferred
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and management reporting experience
• Good understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, cash flow and financial controls
• Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities with the ability to turn financial data into practical business recommendations
• Advanced Excel skills with Power BI or similar reporting tools preferred
• Experience with SAP, Oracle or another major ERP system would be advantageous
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Good command of English
• CPA qualification would be an advantage but is not essential
• Thai nationals currently based in Thailand
