FP&A Manager APAC

An exciting opportunity for an experienced FP&A professional to join a leading multinational manufacturing business as FP&A Manager APAC. This role will partner closely with commercial, operations, and regional leadership teams to drive financial performance, support strategic decision making across the APAC region.

About the role

Reporting to the Finance Director APAC, you will play a key role in business partnering, financial planning, and performance management. You will translate financial data into actionable insights, support commercial initiatives, and help shape business strategy while working across multiple countries within the region.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the annual budget, monthly forecast, and long term financial planning processes across APAC.
• Partner with Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to improve business performance and profitability.
• Analyse revenue, pricing, volume, mix, and margin drivers to identify growth opportunities.
• Deliver financial modelling, scenario analysis, and business cases to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions.
• Prepare management reports, variance analysis, and performance presentations for regional leadership.
• Support pricing strategy, customer and product profitability analysis, and commercial decision making.
• Monitor working capital and CAPEX performance to support efficient resource allocation.
• Drive continuous improvements in FP&A processes, reporting, and financial systems.

To succeed in this role, you will have

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, or Finance Business Partnering within a multinational environment.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, FMCG, or related sectors.
• Strong financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and business analysis skills.
• Proven ability to partner with commercial and operational stakeholders.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Fluent English communication skills.
