An exciting opportunity for an experienced FP&A Manager to lead operational finance and business partnering within a global manufacturing company, offering strong regional exposure and a clear succession plan

Job Description

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and monthly management reporting for the manufacturing operation.
• Analyse plant P&L, manufacturing costs, sales performance, and operational KPIs to provide actionable business insights.
• Partner closely with Operations, Supply Chain, R&D, and Commercial teams to support strategic decision-making.
• Prepare financial reports in compliance with US GAAP and regional reporting requirements.
• Lead and develop a team of 3–5 finance professionals while driving continuous improvement in financial processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in FP&A, Operational Finance, or Plant Finance within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong experience managing P&L, manufacturing costing, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Knowledge of US GAAP and experience supporting regional or multinational reporting is preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills with the ability to present financial insights and influence senior management decisions.
• Able to work every other saturday condition
