Accounting and Finance Manager (Chonburi)

A global manufacturing company is setting up a new plant in Chonburi and is looking for an Accounting & Finance Manager to lead the local finance function. This role will oversee accounting, BOI and Free Zone compliance, costing, tax and financial controls while supporting the new plant setup and future growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full spectrum of Accounting & Finance activities in Thailand
• Manage monthly and year end closing, reporting and statutory compliance
• Oversee BOI, Free Zone, customs and import/export related requirements
• Establish manufacturing costing, inventory controls and finance processes
• Manage Thai tax, Transfer Pricing, budgeting and cash flow
• Coordinate with auditors, authorities and external service providers
• Support ERP implementation and continuous process improvement
• Partner with the Thailand MD and global Finance stakeholders

Key Requirements

• Degree in Accounting with an active CPD licence
• Strong Accounting & Finance experience within manufacturing
• Hands on BOI and Free Zone experience
• Good knowledge of manufacturing costing, Thai tax and customs
• Exposure to Transfer Pricing and import/export operations
• Experience with SAP, Microsoft Dynamics or other international ERP systems
• Good command of English
• Independent, hands on and comfortable working in a greenfield environment

Salary: THB 100,000–150,000 per month
Working: Monday to Friday, onsite
