Job Description

• Lead finance transformation initiatives, including ERP implementation, process automation, and continuous improvement.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and performance analysis to support business growth.
• Develop management reports, dashboards, and financial insights for senior leadership.
• Strengthen internal controls, cash flow management, financial governance, and risk management.
• Partner with senior management to support strategic decision-making, profitability, and business transformation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Finance, FP&A, Commercial Finance, or Finance Transformation.
• Proven experience leading ERP implementation, digital finance, or process improvement projects.
• Strong analytical skills in budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and business performance management.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills with the ability to drive change.
