Finance Manager (Manufacturing - Rayong)

Finance Manager responsible for full spectrum finance operations including accounting, reporting, tax, and treasury. The role ensures strong financial control, compliance, and governance while partnering with leadership to support planning, budgeting, and business performance improvement in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

• Finance Manager responsible for full finance function including accounting, reporting, tax, treasury, and statutory compliance in a manufacturing environment
• Ensures strong financial governance, accurate reporting, and compliance with local regulations, BOI requirements, and group standards
• Leads financial close cycles and oversees preparation of statutory and management reporting
• Owns tax compliance including corporate income tax, VAT, withholding tax, and related statutory obligations
• Manages external audit process and ensures timely completion of all audit and reporting requirements
• Oversees treasury activities including cash flow, liquidity management, payments, and financial controls
• Strengthens internal control framework and drives continuous improvement in finance processes and systems
• Leads budgeting and forecasting cycles in partnership with regional and operational stakeholders
• Delivers financial insights on cost, margin, and performance to support strategic and operational decision making
• Develops costing models and supports pricing, investment evaluation, and business planning initiatives
• Partners with business leaders to align financial objectives with operational execution and drive performance improvement
• Tracks key KPIs and ensures timely, accurate, and relevant management reporting
• Leads and develops the local finance team, building capability, accountability, and performance culture
• Drives process efficiency, system improvement, and adoption of digital finance tools
• Ensures compliance with QMS, HSE standards, and BOI reporting requirements
