Accounting Manager

What you'll do:

• Review accounting documents related to accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, and inventory for multiple entities within the group to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal policies.
• Prepare and verify payment and receipt transactions while overseeing the daily operations of the accounting team to maintain smooth workflow and timely processing.
• Manage organisational budgets by monitoring cost control initiatives and providing insightful analysis to support financial planning activities.
• Prepare and submit comprehensive financial statements including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, cash flow statements, and other required reports for management review.
• Supervise monthly and annual closing processes by coordinating balance sheet reconciliations for all accounts to guarantee completeness and accuracy of financial data.
• Prepare, review, and submit tax filings such as withholding tax, VAT, and corporate income tax in accordance with Thai regulations while liaising with relevant authorities as needed.

What you bring:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration
• At least 10 years of experience in accounting or finance functions
• Proven analytical abilities combined with strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills—both written and spoken
• Experience working within manufacturing environments or multinational companies will be a plus
