Accounting Manager

What you'll do:

• Perform detailed account analysis to ensure journal entries and balances are accurate, supporting the integrity of financial records across multiple departments.
• Reconcile general ledger accounts each month, including fixed assets, prepaid expenses, accounts receivable, and accounts payable to maintain up-to-date financial information.
• Gather supporting documentation for all transactions and maintain meticulous record-keeping practices in line with regulatory requirements.
• Analyse financial information related to fixed asset management and control processes to ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Prepare monthly journal entries for recurring expenses, accruals, deferrals, allocations, and other necessary adjustments to support accurate reporting.
• Coordinate with banks for cash collection services during new store openings and prepare bank guarantee documents for lease deposits as required.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes by assisting various departments with accounting queries and issues as they arise.

What you bring:

• A bachelor’s degree in accounting
• At least eight years’ experience in general ledger accounting and reporting within a fast-paced business environment
• Excellent communication abilities—both written and verbal
• Exceptional attention to detail ensures accuracy when analysing complex financial data or preparing reports under tight deadlines
