Finance Manager

We are looking for a Finance Manager to oversee both accounting operations and financial management for a growing MNC business in Bangkok. This role reports directly to the CFO and will play a key role in driving financial performance and leading a new ERP system implementation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage full accounting operations including GL, AP, AR, and month end closing
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in line with local regulations and internal standards
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities
• Partner with business units to provide financial insights and support decision making
• Drive ERP system implementation and improve finance processes
• Strengthen internal controls and ensure compliance with company policies
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and relevant stakeholders

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Strong experience in both accounting operations and finance
• Experience in ERP implementation or system improvement projects
• Good command of English is required
• Hands on, detail oriented, and able to work in a fast paced environment
