Finance Manager

What you'll do:

• Oversee the preparation of financial statements and management reports.
• Monitor and manage daily accounting operations and tax.
• Ensure timely recording, reporting, and forecasting of business transactions by collaborating closely with regional HQ support during month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.
• Maintain strict compliance with accounting rules while contributing to the achievement of company goals through effective financial management practices.
• Analyse financial performance results and recommend actionable steps to improve overall business outcomes in partnership with key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with finance teams and other departments to review financial data and provide accurate information for internal and external reporting requirements.
• Provide efficient accounting and financial control, credit management, and risk management consistent with group standards and policies.
• Work alongside auditing firms, corporate secretaries, customers, suppliers, external auditors, internal auditors, tax auditors, banks, The Revenue Department, Department of Business Development, and shareholders to ensure governance requirements are met.
• Partner with business units in budgeting preparation and management while delivering trend analysis for Thailand to inform strategic decisions.

What you bring:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, finance or a related field is required for this role.
• At least 10 years’ experience in accounting or finance or tax accounting demonstrates your dependability and depth of knowledge.
• Excellent spoken and written English allows you to communicate clearly across diverse teams within the organisation.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills allow you to resolve discrepancies efficiently while addressing customer inquiries with empathy.
