FP&A Director (Commercial Finance - Chonburi)

An exciting opportunity for an experienced FP&A Director (Commercial Finance) to join a leading multinational manufacturing organisation in Thailand. This senior role will act as a strategic finance business partner to the Commercial Director, leading commercial finance across pricing, customer profitability, revenue forecasting and business decision support.

A leading multinational manufacturing company is seeking an experienced FP&A Director (Commercial Finance) to join its Thailand operation. This is a senior commercial finance leadership position with significant exposure to the Commercial Director and senior stakeholders across the business.

The role will lead the commercial and customer-facing side of FP&A, providing financial insight and challenge to support pricing, profitability, revenue growth and strategic commercial decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the key Finance Business Partner to the Commercial Director, providing financial insight, challenge and recommendations on commercial decisions
• Lead commercial finance activities across pricing, quotations, customer and program P&L, profitability and margin analysis
• Partner closely with Commercial and Sales on sales and revenue forecasting, identifying risks, opportunities and key performance drivers
• Lead financial evaluation of pricing decisions, new business opportunities, commercial contracts and customer negotiations
• Drive quotation governance, repricing, cost roll-ups and profitability analysis to support margin improvement
• Analyse customer, product and program performance and translate financial data into actionable commercial recommendations
• Work closely with Operations Finance on standard costing, inventory, productivity and overall business performance
• Support forecasting, annual planning and management reporting from a commercial finance perspective
• Build strong relationships across Commercial, Sales, Operations and Finance to ensure financial considerations are embedded in business decisions
