  • Proven track record as Chief Financial Officer or Finance Director within a listed company environment demonstrates your readiness for this senior leadership role.
  • Extensive experience in strategic finance including business partnering with executive teams on growth initiatives such as M&A or corporate restructuring projects.
  • Deep understanding of SET/SEC regulations along with practical knowledge of compliance requirements ensures robust governance practices are maintained at all times.
  • Strong foundation in accounting principles combined with advanced technical accounting knowledge enables effective oversight of complex financial operations.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills allow you to build positive relationships with board members, investors, auditors, regulators, banks and other key partners.
  • Excellent communication abilities empower you to present complex information clearly to both internal teams and external audiences including senior executives or shareholders.
