AR & Credit Control Senior Manager (Rangsit, Pathum Thani)

This is a standalone regional role reporting directly to the Regional Finance team at Headquarters. The position will initially focus on establishing and strengthening Accounts Receivable and Credit Control policies and processes in Thailand, with the opportunity to gradually expand the scope to support APAC countries with the support of the company and Regional Finance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and establish AR & Credit Control policies, processes and risk controls for Thailand, working closely with Sales, Marketing and Finance teams.
• Manage credit assessment, credit limits, payment terms, collection targets and overdue receivables to ensure effective working capital management.
• Partner with Sales & Marketing to balance commercial objectives with appropriate credit risk and collection strategies.
• Report directly to Regional Finance / Headquarters, providing insights on Thailand AR performance, credit risk and process improvement.
• Gradually expand the scope to APAC countries, supporting regional policy implementation and standardisation with the company and Regional Finance team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related fields, with 8+ years of relevant experience in AR, Credit Control, Credit Risk, Collection or Financing.
• Strong hands-on experience in credit assessment, credit policy, credit control, collection and AR management.
• Experience in B2B, equipment financing, leasing, hire purchase, banking or financial institutions is highly preferred.
• Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with Sales, Marketing and Regional Finance.
• Good command of English, comfortable working with Regional / APAC stakeholders, and willing to travel across APAC countries as required.
