• Collaborate intimately with the CEO to understand key business priorities, challenges, and growth opportunities across a diverse portfolio.
• Analyse business performance metrics, financial results, market trends, and operational drivers to identify areas for improvement and strategic risks.
• Conduct comprehensive market research, competitor analysis, financial assessments, and business evaluations to support informed decision-making.
• Translate complex data sets into clear insights and actionable recommendations that drive organisational success.
• Serve as a trusted thought partner to the CEO on strategic matters by supporting evaluation of business opportunities and key decisions.
• Prepare high-quality presentations, business cases, analyses, and strategic recommendations for senior management teams.
• Drive alignment of priorities across different businesses by supporting cross-functional initiatives that have meaningful impact on performance.
• Take ownership of strategic projects from initial analysis through implementation and follow-through with practical action plans.
• Track progress on key initiatives, proactively identify execution challenges, and collaborate with management teams to drive effective solutions.
• Build strong relationships with CEOs, management teams, and stakeholders across the Group by communicating complex ideas clearly.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in management consulting, strategy consulting, corporate strategy, business analysis, CEO/Chairman's Office roles or investment analysis environments.
• Strong analytical skills combined with proven problem-solving abilities that enable you to quickly grasp complex business issues.
• Exceptional financial acumen paired with commercial judgement for evaluating opportunities and risks within diverse industries.
• Ability to convert detailed analysis into practical recommendations that can be implemented across multiple business units.
• Demonstrated project management experience including ownership of initiatives from analysis through execution.
• Excellent presentation skills supported by clear communication abilities when engaging senior stakeholders.
• Fluency or high proficiency in both Thai and English languages
• Strong academic background; MBA qualification is considered beneficial though not essential for this role.
• Capacity for building dependable relationships through interpersonal skills that foster trust among colleagues at all levels.
