Chief of Staff (Finance)
As the organisation scales rapidly, the leadership team is seeking a highly capable Chief of Staff (Finance) to partner directly with the CEO in driving strategic execution, operational excellence, and long-term organisational transformation.
This is a highly visible leadership role with significant exposure to board-level initiatives, IPO readiness, growth strategy, and future business expansion.
The Chief of Staff will act as the CEO’s strategic and operational partner, helping translate vision into execution across the organisation.
The ideal candidate is highly analytical, hands-on, entrepreneurial, and execution-oriented, with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, founder-led environment. This individual will play a critical role in driving company-wide initiatives including transformation projects, operational optimisation, branding, growth strategy, and new business incubation.
This position offers a strong long-term leadership trajectory, with potential succession into Business Unit CEO or broader operating leadership roles within the group.
What you'll do:
As the Chief of Staff (Finance), you will drive the CEO's strategic agenda by translating their vision into actionable, well-defined projects, assigning ownership, tracking progress, and ensuring timely execution to maintain momentum. You will also lead cross-functional initiatives, managing high-impact projects that span or sit above existing teams, while fostering alignment and collaboration across functions.
Strategic leadership & CEO office
- Evaluate Inbound Opportunities: Screen incoming opportunities such as partnerships, investments, and commercial proposals. Distinguish high-value prospects from distractions before they reach the CEO’s desk.
- Develop Board & Investor Materials: Create polished, board-ready and investor-facing materials that effectively communicate strategic priorities and organisational progress.
- Act as a Trusted Thought Partner: Collaborate closely with the CEO to pressure-test ideas before they become decisions. Provide thoughtful feedback and have the judgement and confidence to challenge directions when necessary.
- Prepare for High-Stakes Engagements: Equip the CEO for critical meetings by surfacing key insights, preparing relevant materials, and highlighting important details that may otherwise be overlooked.
Growth & transformation
- Drive new venture initiatives and evaluate adjacent business opportunities
- Support IPO-related initiatives, readiness planning, and strategic investor preparation
- Lead organisation-wide transformation and operational improvement projects
- Enhance organisational scalability, governance, and execution discipline
- Partner closely with senior leadership to align strategic priorities and KPIs
What you bring:
For the Chief of Staff role, you will need a minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance, with a strong background in finance and accounting, preferably within an FMCG or multinational corporation environment. Execution-oriented experience, such as a background in consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy, is also acceptable if complemented by a clear transition into execution-focused roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields (MBA or professional qualification is an advantage)
- Proven Track Record: Successfully owned and delivered complex projects with measurable organisational impact, focusing on execution rather than advisory. Seeking hands-on experience - real results, not just recommendations or presentations.
- Solid hands-on experience in financial modelling, forecasting, business analysis, and performance management
- Proficient in SAP, advanced Excel, MS Office, and Think-cell
- Commercial Acumen: Strong ability to assess opportunities and strategies, forming credible, independent judgements with sharp business insight.
- Fluent in Thai and English, with board-ready writing skills. Confident in challenging upwards and influencing senior stakeholders effectively.
- AI-native mindset, leveraging AI tools as a default working method to enhance productivity and decision-making.
- Exposure to pre-IPO environments, founder-adjacent roles, or experience in healthcare, wellness, consumer retail, or other high-growth sectors.
- Strategic & Operational Strength: Combines strong strategic thinking with exceptional execution capabilities; comfortable navigating ambiguity while maintaining a hands-on approach.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: Operates with an ownership mentality and thrives in fast-scaling environments; resilient and adaptable under pressure.
- Operationally strong with the ability to drive implementation beyond strategy development.
- Excellent at managing relationships and influencing across all levels, including founders and senior leadership teams.
- Familiarity with healthcare, wellness, consumer healthcare, or other high-growth industries is highly advantageous.
