This is an exceptional opportunity for you to work directly with the CEO, playing a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives, supporting ambitious expansion plans, and enhancing shareholder value

As Corporate Finance and Investor Relations Manager you will play a central role in shaping the company’s financial strategy while acting as a key advisor to executive leadership. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include evaluating investment opportunities; building robust financial models; conducting market research; supporting capital raising efforts; originating deals; leading due diligence; managing transaction execution; developing risk mitigation plans; and crafting compelling investor communications.

The package includes base salary + performance bonus + provident fund

  • Act as a trusted business partner to the CEO by providing financial insights and strategic recommendations that support business growth and investment decisions across multiple sectors.
  • Evaluate and assess new investment opportunities, strategic partnerships, acquisitions, and innovative business initiatives through rigorous analysis and market research.
  • Develop comprehensive financial models, valuation analyses, business cases, and scenario planning tools to inform corporate decision-making processes.
  • Conduct industry analysis and competitor benchmarking to identify emerging trends, growth opportunities, and potential risks that may affect organisational objectives.
  • Support capital raising activities by developing financing strategies and optimising the company’s capital structure in line with long-term goals.
  • Monitor ongoing business performance by analysing financial results and operational metrics to provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Identify, screen, and originate potential deals including investments, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), joint ventures, and strategic partnerships that align with corporate strategy.
  • Lead preliminary due diligence efforts by coordinating financial assessments and feasibility studies with cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with advisors, legal counsel, financial institutions, and external partners throughout transaction processes to ensure seamless deal structuring and execution.
  • Develop risk mitigation strategies by assessing financial, operational, commercial, and strategic risks associated with investments or corporate initiatives.

What you bring:

To excel as Corporate Finance and Investor Relations Manager you will bring substantial experience from fields such as investment banking or private equity—ideally having worked on M&A transactions or fundraising initiatives within listed companies. Your background should demonstrate proficiency in building detailed financial models; conducting thorough due diligence; managing complex transactions; preparing investor presentations; navigating regulatory frameworks; communicating effectively with senior leaders; synthesising large volumes of information into actionable insights; balancing multiple priorities simultaneously; adapting quickly to changing circumstances; fostering positive relationships across all levels of an organisation; maintaining high ethical standards when handling sensitive information; displaying resilience under pressure; showing empathy towards colleagues’ perspectives during negotiations or project delivery.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related field is required for this position.
  • A minimum of 5–10 years’ experience in Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Private Equity, Venture Capital, Strategic Planning or related areas is essential for success.
  • Demonstrated expertise in financial modelling techniques, valuation methodologies, investment analysis tools and capital markets operations is necessary.
  • Proven track record in deal sourcing activities such as transaction execution processes including due diligence reviews and investment evaluations is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with investor relations practices as well as regulatory requirements for listed companies is important for effective stakeholder communication.
  • Strong commercial acumen combined with the ability to translate complex financial analysis into practical business recommendations is expected from candidates.
  • Excellent stakeholder management abilities along with outstanding communication skills—both written and spoken—are vital for engaging diverse audiences.
  • Experience working independently within highly visible roles where direct interaction with C-level executives or board members was required will be advantageous.
  • Fluency in English (written/spoken) is mandatory given the international scope of investor relations activities.
