A fast-growing publicly listed organisation is seeking a talented Corporate Finance and Investor Relations Manager (x1 vacancy) to join their team. This is an exceptional opportunity for you to work directly with the CEO, playing a pivotal role in shaping strategic initiatives and driving shareholder value.

As Corporate Finance and Investor Relations Manager, you will play an integral part in supporting the CEO on all matters related to corporate finance strategy and investor engagement. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include evaluating investment opportunities through rigorous analysis; preparing detailed financial models; conducting market research; supporting capital raising activities; originating deals; coordinating due diligence; managing transaction execution; developing risk mitigation plans; and crafting compelling investor communications.

The package includes base salary + performance bonus + provident fund

  • Act as a trusted business partner to the CEO by providing comprehensive financial insights and strategic recommendations that support business growth and investment decisions.
  • Evaluate and assess new investment opportunities, strategic partnerships, acquisitions, and innovative business initiatives through detailed analysis and scenario planning.
  • Develop robust financial models, valuation analyses, business cases, and market research reports to inform corporate decision-making processes.
  • Conduct industry analysis and competitor benchmarking to identify emerging growth opportunities as well as potential risks facing the organisation.
  • Support capital raising activities by optimising financing strategies and capital structure in alignment with organisational objectives.
  • Monitor overall business performance and provide actionable recommendations for financial and operational improvements across departments.
  • Identify, screen, and originate potential deals including M&A transactions, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships by leading due diligence efforts.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with internal teams, external advisors, legal counsel, financial institutions, and other partners throughout transaction execution phases.
  • Develop risk mitigation strategies by assessing financial, operational, commercial, and strategic risks associated with investments or corporate initiatives.
  • Design and execute investor relations strategies that enhance relationships with shareholders, analysts, institutional investors, and other key stakeholders.

What you bring:

To excel as Corporate Finance and Investor Relations Manager you will bring a solid foundation of academic achievement paired with extensive hands-on experience across corporate finance disciplines. Your background should demonstrate proficiency in building sophisticated financial models; executing complex transactions such as mergers or acquisitions; conducting thorough due diligence; navigating capital markets; managing investor communications; interpreting regulatory frameworks; analysing industry trends; benchmarking competitors; identifying risks; developing mitigation strategies; presenting findings clearly to diverse audiences including senior executives. Your interpersonal skills must reflect empathy towards colleagues’ perspectives while fostering collaboration across teams. A proactive mindset combined with entrepreneurial spirit will enable you to spot new opportunities quickly—while your reliability ensures projects are completed efficiently even under tight deadlines. Fluency in English (written/spoken) is essential given frequent interaction with international stakeholders.

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related field is required for this position.
  • A minimum of 5–10 years’ experience in Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Private Equity, Venture Capital, Strategic Planning or similar areas is essential for success.
  • Demonstrated expertise in financial modelling techniques, valuation methodologies, investment analysis tools and capital markets operations is highly valued.
  • Proven track record of deal sourcing, transaction execution (including M&A), due diligence processes and investment evaluation is necessary.
  • Familiarity with investor relations practices as well as listed company regulatory requirements will set you apart from other candidates.
  • Strong commercial acumen coupled with the ability to translate complex financial analysis into practical business recommendations is expected.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills alongside outstanding communication abilities—both written and spoken English—are crucial for this role.
  • Experience working independently in a highly visible individual contributor capacity is important for thriving within this environment.
  • Preferred background includes time spent at investment banks or advisory firms; private equity or venture capital funds; asset management companies; or listed corporates involved in strategic investments or fundraising activities.
  • Direct experience collaborating with C-level executives or board members on high-impact projects will be considered an advantage.
