Invesment Assistant Manager - Corporate Finance

As an Investment AM/Manager Property Development based in Bangkok, you will be entrusted with significant responsibility across all stages of the investment lifecycle. Your day-to-day activities will involve building sophisticated financial models to evaluate new property developments or acquisitions while collaborating with various internal teams to ensure each project aligns with overall business strategy.

• Lead comprehensive financial modelling, valuation exercises, and feasibility analyses for new property development projects as well as potential investment opportunities.
• Conduct thorough market research, industry analysis, and competitor benchmarking to provide robust support for strategic investment decisions.
• Evaluate a wide range of investment opportunities by developing detailed cash flow models and performing IRR, NPV, and sensitivity analyses.
• Drive end-to-end deal processes including conducting financial due diligence, structuring transactions, negotiating terms, and executing deals efficiently.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across development, sales, marketing, and finance teams to assess project viability from multiple perspectives.
• Prepare clear and compelling investment memoranda, presentations, and recommendations tailored for senior management and investment committees.
• Monitor the ongoing performance of existing projects and investments by providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimisation.
• Support broader corporate finance initiatives such as capital raising activities, refinancing efforts, and the formation of strategic partnerships.
