Invesment Assistant Manager - Corporate Finance

As an Investment AM/Manager Property Development based in Bangkok, you will be entrusted with significant responsibility across all stages of the investment lifecycle. Your day-to-day activities will involve building sophisticated financial models to evaluate new property developments or acquisitions while collaborating with various internal teams to ensure each project aligns with overall business strategy.
The package includes base salary + performance bonus + provident fund
- Lead comprehensive financial modelling, valuation exercises, and feasibility analyses for new property development projects as well as potential investment opportunities.
- Conduct thorough market research, industry analysis, and competitor benchmarking to provide robust support for strategic investment decisions.
- Evaluate a wide range of investment opportunities by developing detailed cash flow models and performing IRR, NPV, and sensitivity analyses.
- Drive end-to-end deal processes including conducting financial due diligence, structuring transactions, negotiating terms, and executing deals efficiently.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across development, sales, marketing, and finance teams to assess project viability from multiple perspectives.
- Prepare clear and compelling investment memoranda, presentations, and recommendations tailored for senior management and investment committees.
- Monitor the ongoing performance of existing projects and investments by providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimisation.
- Support broader corporate finance initiatives such as capital raising activities, refinancing efforts, and the formation of strategic partnerships.
- Liaise effectively with external parties including financial advisors, banks, consultants, and legal professionals to facilitate successful transactions.

- Proven track record managing deal execution processes including M&A transactions or large-scale investment projects adds significant value.
- Prior exposure to the property development or real estate sector is strongly preferred for understanding industry-specific challenges.
