An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a Chief Financial Officer – Funding to join a leading organisation in Bangna, Bangkok. This role is ideal for a senior finance professional who excels in structuring innovative funding solutions beyond traditional instruments. You will play a critical role in securing diverse capital sources, leading M&A initiatives, and supporting long-term growth across complex business structures. What you’ll do

As CFO – Funding, you will drive the organisation’s capital strategy by identifying and executing diverse funding solutions aligned with business objectives. You will work closely with leadership to evaluate opportunities, lead transactions, and ensure financial flexibility to support expansion. This role combines strategic thinking, execution capability, and strong stakeholder management.

• Design and implement funding strategies across multiple capital sources beyond traditional debt instruments
• Identify and secure alternative financing such as private equity, venture capital, and strategic partnerships
• Lead M&A activities including due diligence, deal structuring, negotiation, and post-deal integration
• Align funding initiatives with long-term business strategy and growth plans
• Monitor market trends and regulatory developments to optimise funding approach
• Build and maintain relationships with investors, financial institutions, and key stakeholders
• Oversee risk management and ensure compliance with financial regulations
• Prepare presentations and reports for board and executive leadership
• Support and develop finance teams through coaching and collaboration
• Integrate ESG considerations into funding strategies and decision-making

What you bring

You bring extensive experience from senior finance roles within large organisations, ideally listed companies or conglomerates. Your expertise includes structuring complex funding solutions and leading M&A transactions, combined with strong commercial judgement and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Proven experience in developing innovative funding strategies, including alternative financing
• Strong track record in leading M&A transactions within complex organisations
• Deep understanding of capital markets and regulatory frameworks
• Excellent relationship management skills with investors, banks, and stakeholders
• Ability to manage large-scale, cross-functional projects effectively
• Strong financial analysis skills including modelling, valuation, and forecasting
• Clear and confident communication at executive and board level
• High ethical standards with awareness of ESG principles
• Experience in leading and developing high-performing finance teams
