Financial Analyst/ FP&A Manager

We are partnering with a global manufacturing company to hire an FP&A Manager / Financial Analyst based in Rayong. This role focuses on financial planning, cost control, and performance analysis, working closely with plant operations to drive efficiency and business results. Candidates must have prior experience in a manufacturing environment.

We are working with a leading international manufacturing business in Rayong to hire a FP&A Manager / Financial Analyst to support financial planning, performance analysis, and business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead monthly closing and deliver clear variance analysis versus budget and forecast
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and long term planning processes
• Analyze manufacturing costs across materials, labor, and overheads, identifying key drivers and improvement opportunities
• Partner closely with plant operations, supply chain, and commercial teams to improve financial performance
• Monitor KPIs including gross margin, productivity, and working capital
• Oversee inventory control and manufacturing variance analysis, including cost movements and stock accuracy
• Provide actionable insights to support decision making and cost optimization
• Ensure accuracy of financial data and strengthen internal control processes
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the plant
• Prepare ad hoc financial analysis for management
