IPD Patience Finance

A leading private healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead its inpatient finance and patient revenue operations. This role will oversee billing accuracy, outstanding receivables, insurance claims, cash collection, risk management, and service-related financial issues, while managing and developing the finance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee inpatient finance operations, ensuring accurate and timely billing, payment collection, refunds, and revenue submission.
• Monitor patient receivables and outstanding medical fees, identifying risks and implementing actions to minimize financial exposure.
• Oversee insurance/Fax Claim processes, ensuring claims are accurate, complete, and submitted efficiently.
• Manage patient and family financial-related complaints, investigate issues, and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to resolve problems effectively.
• Monitor operational KPIs, financial risks, and internal controls while driving process improvement and service quality within the department.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8–10+ years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in a management role.
• Strong experience in Accounts Receivable, Revenue Management, billing/collection, and financial risk management.
• Experience in healthcare, hospital, insurance claims, or other service-related environments would be highly advantageous.
