Our client is a well-established Thai company in the agricultural industry, seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the Finance & Accounting function.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead overall Finance & Accounting strategy, supporting business growth and profitability.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and management reporting.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, banking relationships and financing.
• Drive cost control, margin improvement and commercial financial analysis.
• Strengthen internal controls, risk management, governance and compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related fields.
• 10+ years' experience in Finance & Accounting, including senior leadership experience.
• Experience in agriculture, agribusiness, manufacturing, food, trading or other working-capital intensive industries.
• Strong knowledge of Thai accounting, taxation, cash flow, budgeting and financial management.
• Strong commercial acumen, leadership, analytical and stakeholder management skills.
