Accounting manager 110K - International school (Bangna)

Our client, a leading international education organisation in Bangkok, is looking for an Accounting Manager to join its Finance & Accounting team.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare annual budgets, financial forecasts and rolling forecasts.
• Monitor budgets and analyse budget variances.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support business decisions.
• Develop financial models for new initiatives and projects.
• Prepare monthly management reports and financial dashboards.
• Analyse monthly financial results and key financial indicators.
• Conduct financial feasibility and cost-benefit analysis.
• Analyse revenue, staffing costs and operational expenditure.
• Identify financial risks and opportunities for cost optimisation.
• Support department heads throughout the budgeting process.
• Improve reporting through automation and data analysis.
• Support ERP and financial system implementation/enhancement projects.
• Support internal and external audits and maintain strong internal controls.
• Work closely with HR, Procurement, Admissions and other departments on financial planning and analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, budgeting or management reporting.
• Experience in the education or international school sector is an advantage.
• Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Power BI, Tableau or similar reporting tools would be an advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• High attention to detail, integrity and confidentiality.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
