GL Accountant 80K - Bangna

A leading international education institution in Bangkok is seeking an experienced GL Accountant to join its growing Finance team, with responsibility for accounting, budgeting, cash flow and audit activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage General Ledger and month-end / year-end closing activities, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Prepare and monitor annual budgets, providing financial analysis and support to management.
• Manage cash flow forecasting and monitor the organisation’s liquidity position.
• Coordinate with external auditors and support internal and external audit processes.
• Review AP and AR activities and work closely with junior finance team members to ensure accounting accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
• Solid experience in GL / full-set accounting, preferably within an international school, education, hospitality or service environment.
• Strong experience in budgeting, cash flow and audit; Senior-level budgeting experience is highly preferred.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar ERP systems is an advantage.
